The photo exhibition week about the homeland's sea and islands at 2/4 Square, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province is taking place from now until July 8.
The exhibition aims to promote to all classes of people the image of the homeland’s sea and islands; the activities of preserving and protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands by officers and soldiers on the islands, on the legal front and historical evidence affirming the sovereignty of the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa of Vietnam, etc.
The event aims to affirm the country's sovereignty over seas and islands, contributing to the struggle to protect Vietnam's sovereignty over seas and islands - a sacred and inseparable part of the Fatherland.

According to Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Thieu, Truong Sa island district is an offshore part of the Fatherland, holding an important position in national security and defense of our country, and is an extremely important "bridge" to develop international trade and expand exchanges with countries in the region and the world.
Khanh Hoa provincial leaders shared that promoting advantages, exploiting potential strengths combined with firmly protecting Vietnam's sea and island sovereignty is one of the important, regular and long-term tasks for the entire Party, the entire army, the entire people, and the entire political system, requiring synchronous coordination between all levels, sectors and localities; unified and close direction from the Central to the grassroots.
“That is also the sacred responsibility and noble duty of every Vietnamese citizen. We believe that the exhibition week will arouse the tradition of patriotism, national pride and self-respect, enhance education on revolutionary traditions, and further enhance the sense of responsibility for the sea and islands of the homeland of every Vietnamese citizen in general and the people of Khanh Hoa province in particular…”, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu emphasized.
