40 activities at Nha Trang Sea Festival 2025

(Fatherland) - Nha Trang Sea Festival 2025 will feature 40 activities, honoring the cultural heritage of Khanh Hoa's sea and islands.

The People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has just issued a document agreeing on the script for the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2025, at the request of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. This cultural event has the theme "Space of Khanh Hoa Sea and Island Cultural Heritage", taking place from April 10 to June 27 with 40 programs.

The opening ceremony of the Sea Festival will take place at 2/4 Square, Nha Trang City, at 8:00 p.m. on June 7, with the theme "Bright Pearl of the East Sea". It will include a grand musical performance of the Cau Ngu Festival, an art program combined with high-altitude fireworks.

In the following days, Nha Trang City will host the caravan program "Seaside City Festival", sea sports performances, and the international art program "Come back to the sea". The closing ceremony with the theme "Sea, island of love" will be held at 8:00 p.m. on June 9 at 2/4 Square.

Before and after the Nha Trang Sea Festival 2025, Khanh Hoa province also organized many other activities and events such as art performances; traditional cultural festivals; exhibitions, compositions; sea sports; tourism seminars, culinary and trade fairs. In localities in the province, many cultural, artistic and sports activities also took place in response.

For example, in Nha Trang City, there will be an international beach soccer championship from May 20 to June 27; a street lion-lion-dragon festival will take place on May 26, 27, and 28; a martial arts festival on June 1; and an Ao Dai festival combined with a parade on June 3.

From June 4-10, at some parks and beaches in Nha Trang, there will also be an international cultural, artistic and culinary festival; a book street festival; a Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Festival; agarwood festival; a fishing festival; an art and photography exhibition; a sports dance performance;...

Nha Trang Sea Festival is organized by Khanh Hoa province every two years. 2025 is the 11th year of this program. In 2023, the 10th Nha Trang Sea Festival will take place from June 3-6, helping Khanh Hoa welcome more than 600,000 visitors, thereby earning nearly 550 billion VND.

According to Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, this year the event has many innovations, additions, and mobilizes community participation in organizing festival programs, focusing on enhancing the interaction of the community and tourists. Contributing to promoting the province's potential and strengths in economy, culture, sports, tourism and sustainable development prospects.
