FIFA referee Le Vu Linh will attend the international friendly match between Vietnam and Cambodia as the fourth referee. And the remaining three colleagues are from Hong Kong.
It is worth mentioning that the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) Referee Board assigned referee Le Vu Linh after the refereeing controversy in the match between Ho Chi Minh City Club and Thanh Hoa on February 14.
After FIFA referee Le Vu Linh was disciplined by VFF, the Criminal Police Department (C02, Ministry of Public Security) also worked with VFF after Thanh Hoa Football Company Limited sent an official dispatch.
The Criminal Police Department said that on February 21, Thanh Hoa Football Company Limited sent a document requesting a review of the refereeing of the match between Ho Chi Minh City Club and Thanh Hoa in round 13.

In addition to Le Vu Linh, Vietnamese football has 4 other FIFA referees. Among them is Elite referee Ngo Duy Lan, the remaining 3 are Hoang Ngoc Ha, Nguyen Manh Hai and Tran Ngoc Anh.
The main referee in the match between Vietnam and Cambodia is FIFA Elite referee Tam Ping Wun. Referee Tam Ping Wun is 36 years old this year, and his two assistants are both from Hong Kong.
