Imprints of foreign affairs and diplomacy, to emphasize the outstanding and historically significant foreign affairs achievements that Vietnam has achieved in nearly 40 years of renovation. Affirming the contemporary value of the foreign affairs school with the identity of "Vietnamese bamboo" as well as the unique diplomatic style of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

In order to successfully implement the General Secretary's work activity, ensuring the right purpose and requirements, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee assigned the district, city and affiliated party committees to organize the introduction and extensive propaganda of the content of the work in the press conference and have a plan to direct the affiliated grassroots party organizations to open thematic activities on the content of the work. In particular, in terms of form: Introduce the content of the work in the activities of the Party Committee, monthly Party cell activities, and thematic activities of each Party cell. Regarding the implementation time: The implementation of the activity is organized seriously, focusing on the anniversaries of major holidays of the country and the locality; important political and foreign affairs events. Along with that, district, city and affiliated party committees direct the monitoring and grasp of public opinion to promptly orient public opinion; fight against and refute the distorted arguments of hostile and reactionary forces. Direct the inclusion of the General Secretary's works in the political theory training program at district-level political centers. Direct the Cultural, Sports and Broadcasting Centers of districts and cities and grassroots radio stations; and local electronic information pages to widely propagate the content of the General Secretary's works, focusing on propaganda on social networking platforms.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee's Office to organize a connection with the central reporters' conference to inform and introduce the content of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's works to reporters from the provincial to grassroots levels (in case the Central Propaganda Department organizes an online conference); or organize a reporters' conference to inform the content of the works to reporters from the provincial to district levels (after the Central Propaganda Department organizes an in-person conference). Coordinate with member agencies of the Provincial Steering Committee for External Information Work to advise, direct and orient press agencies to propagate achievements and results in foreign affairs work; introduce and spread positive assessments of politicians, scholars and international experts. The Provincial Party Committee's staff directs Steering Committee 35 at all levels and relevant agencies to fight against wrong and distorted views of hostile forces, disgruntled reactionaries, and political opportunists on foreign policies and guidelines; harming Vietnam's bilateral and multilateral relations. Regularly direct and orient the content of propaganda in the monthly internal bulletin (documents serving the activities of the Party cell); at the same time, guide the updating of the content of the General Secretary's works in the political theory training program at the district-level political center. Monitor, urge and report on the implementation of the plan to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Central Propaganda Department.
The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Information and Communications to coordinate with Ninh Thuan Newspaper, Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station, and the Provincial Electronic Information Portal to widely disseminate the content of the General Secretary's works; focus on propaganda on social networking platform applications; monitor, inspect, and strictly handle violations in posting and disseminating incorrect information and viewpoints. The Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union organized and implemented well the political activities on the General Secretary's works to members, union members, etc., in many diverse and rich forms, suitable to the actual situation. Strengthen the fight, refute, and raise vigilance against hostile plots and information distorting Vietnam's foreign policies and guidelines by reactionary and opportunistic subjects and forces, especially in cyberspace.
Units: The Provincial Political School promotes scientific research activities, seminars, and talks to continue to clarify the theoretical and practical values of the content of the General Secretary's works; contents related to policies, principles, guiding thoughts, mottos, and methods of implementing the Party's foreign policy in nearly 40 years of renovation through the content of works. Take the lead in updating the content of the General Secretary's works into the political theory training program in schools. Ninh Thuan Newspaper, Ninh Thuan Radio and Television proactively develop plans and propaganda programs in forms such as: Opening specialized pages, columns, and editorials to research the content of the General Secretary's works; introducing and propagating Vietnam's foreign affairs achievements in nearly 40 years of renovation and the term of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
