Conference to study, disseminate and promote the works of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong

The conference was organized in both direct and online formats, connecting from the Provincial Party Committee's bridge to 77 bridge points of district, city Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and grassroots Party Committees with 2,350 delegates participating. Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: This is an important conference, aiming to help cadres and party members in the whole province deeply understand the Party's foreign policy and guidelines; the consistent and consistent thoughts of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on Vietnam's foreign policy and diplomacy in the new period, for independence, self-reliance, peace, friendship, cooperation and development. The conference is an opportunity for cadres at all levels to clearly understand the important role and great contributions of foreign affairs in the cause of national construction and defense; is a summary of valuable lessons learned from Vietnam's foreign affairs and diplomacy, demonstrating the development of strategic thinking of our Party and of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in nearly 40 years of renovation based on the inheritance and promotion of national traditions and diplomatic thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh and in accordance with the laws of development and trends in the movement of international relations.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that after this conference, Party committees at all levels continue to effectively implement the Party and State's foreign affairs, diplomacy and international integration policies, guidelines and policies, especially Resolution No. 34-NQ/TW of the Politburo on a number of major orientations and policies to implement the foreign affairs policy of the 13th National Congress of the Party; Conclusion No. 57-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of foreign information work in the new situation. At the same time, continue to organize extensive study and propaganda to cadres, party members and people in the province about the content and core values of the work; direct the monitoring and grasp of public opinion to promptly orient public opinion; fight against the distorted arguments of hostile and reactionary forces; Minimize and limit negative information flows, speculations, and baseless rumors that cause confusion and hesitation, affecting the trust of cadres, party members, and the people.

Before the conference, delegates observed a minute of silence to commemorate the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
