On the morning of July 6, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired a meeting of the Standing Provincial Party Committee to deploy an inspection of the leadership and direction of the implementation of local defense and military tasks and Party building work for the Provincial Military Party Committee and comrades: Member of the Standing Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

Through the inspection, it is necessary to properly assess the advantages, limitations, shortcomings, and violations (if any) of the Provincial Military Party Committee and comrades: Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command in the leadership and direction of the implementation of local defense and military tasks and Party building work; on that basis, promote advantages, overcome limitations and shortcomings; at the same time, propose solutions to lead, direct, and improve the quality of local defense and military work and Party building in the coming time. The requirements for the inspection are to ensure democracy, objectivity; in accordance with the principles, procedures, and regulations of the Party; and to raise the sense of self-criticism and criticism of the inspected Party organization and Party members.

The inspection period is from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023. The inspection period at the unit is 45 days from the date the inspection team receives the report from the party organization and party members.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that this is an inspection with the participation of members of the Party Committee of Military Region 3 and has important significance in the leadership and direction of the implementation of local defense and military tasks, meeting the requirements of implementing political tasks and socio-economic development of the province.

The comrade also agreed on the content, time, and method of conducting the inspection; requested the inspection team and each member to uphold the sense of responsibility in the process of performing the task to ensure democracy, objectivity, impartiality, and to clearly and comprehensively review and evaluate the contents according to the outline. The inspection process needs to clearly indicate and correctly evaluate the leadership and direction role of the Provincial Military Party Committee and the responsibility of individuals in advising on the implementation of local military and defense tasks, and Party building work in the provincial armed forces. The inspection process does not affect the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units. The Provincial Military Party Committee directs affiliated party organizations and related party members to fully prepare documents and actively coordinate to help the inspection team successfully complete the assigned tasks.
