Over the past years, the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Department of Party and Political Work - Ministry of Public Security have always paid attention to and closely directed the Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security in coordinating with the Women's Union and the border guard force, organizing many activities "Accompanying women in border areas", supporting people, women, and students in especially difficult communes, ethnic minority areas, and border communes.

After 5 years of implementation, with many activities of profound humanitarian significance, the program has become a fulcrum, creating motivation and contributing to helping members and women in border areas eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, develop family economy, and improve their lives.
From the effectiveness of the program "Accompanying women in the border areas" in the period of 2018-2020 and 2021-2023 in Quang Binh and Lao Cai provinces, with many meaningful tasks such as: giving charity houses, building power lines to light up the border, equipping schools with computers, ao dai cabinets, giving books...
With a total budget of more than 600 million VND for each phase, on this occasion, the Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security continued to coordinate with the Provincial Women's Union and the Border Guard of Dien Bien province to implement the program "Accompanying women in the border areas" in Na Sang commune.
The signing ceremony of the Program "Accompanying women in the border areas" between the Women's Union of the Ministry of Public Security and the Women's Union of Dien Bien province (2023-2025 period) took place under the witness of functional units, delegates and a large number of people of Na Sang commune, Muong Cha district, Dien Bien province.
Accordingly, the two program implementation units will focus on practical contents such as: Supporting livelihood models (including funding, breeds, seedlings, equipment, tools to support cultivation, animal husbandry, scientific and technical knowledge, etc.) for poor households, women, and women in especially difficult circumstances.
The program will support the construction of two "charity houses" for poor member families in difficult circumstances (worth 50 million VND/house); donate computers to the Women's Union of Na Sang commune; visit and present gifts to the police of Na Sang commune and the police of Muong Cha district; organize the program "Giving Ao Dai - Giving Love", and at the same time giving Ao Dai wardrobes to women in villages and communes of Na Sang; donate playgrounds for children at the kindergarten and primary school of Na Sang commune; provide free medical examination and medicine to people and women in difficult circumstances in the area; propagate laws on traffic safety and child abuse prevention to schools in the area.
