On the morning of June 7, the Ninh Giang District Party Committee held a ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge on May 19, 2024 to comrade Pham Van Khanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Ninh Giang District Party Committee.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee. Also attending were comrades Nguyen Hong Son, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, and Vu Hong Hien, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
At the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang awarded the 40-year Party membership badge on May 19, 2024 to comrade Pham Van Khanh.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang congratulated comrade Pham Van Khanh. On the occasion of the Party Badge awarding ceremony on May 19, 2024, the entire Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee had 1,958 Party members awarded or posthumously awarded the Party Badge. Of which, the 40-year Party Badge for key leaders was only for comrade Pham Van Khanh. The awarding of the 40-year Party Badge to comrade is not only the Party's recognition of comrade Pham Van Khanh's continuous training and efforts, but also a source of personal pride and honor for his family, the Party Committee and the people of Ninh Giang district.

Comrade Pham Van Khanh was born on April 6, 1965. His hometown is Van Hoi commune (Ninh Giang). His current residence is Quang Trung ward (Hai Duong city). In 1985, he graduated from the Military Political Officer School. Since 1990, he has been transferred to work at Ninh Thanh District Party Committee, now Ninh Giang District Party Committee. He has held many positions at the District Party Committee's Organization Board, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, etc.
