The program is organized in the context of implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo, focusing on the orientation of enhancing digital transformation, improving the quality of civil servants and implementing the policy of merging and streamlining the state administrative apparatus.
The program will continuously foster knowledge and skills in applying AI in work for city officials in 2025, serving the following subjects: Civil servants of districts, wards, and communes; Civil servants of departments, branches, and sectors; Civil servants who are leaders at all levels of the city. The first class is expected to be held on March 22 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (36 Ton That Dam, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1).
The training course not only aims to popularize modern AI tools but also encourages practical application in daily work, to reduce processing time, improve work processes and better serve people.
This is also a strategic step contributing to the city's larger goals of modernizing public administration and building a smart, efficient urban area, with the expectation of creating a force of advanced cadres and civil servants, ready to adapt and develop in the era of technology 4.0.
The training course is divided into two parts with the following content:
Provides an overview of the development trends of artificial intelligence, along with specific applications in administrative and office work, such as report generation, document management, work schedules, data analysis and office automation. Instructions for effectively using modern AI platforms to optimize workflows.
Information security issues in the use of artificial intelligence, along with information technology tools to support ward and commune officials in synthesizing information to neighborhoods, hamlets, and residential groups; at the same time, applying AI to analyze data and improve work efficiency.
