“In addition to participating in the vote, agencies, organizations and people can also nominate outstanding events and activities from April 30, 1975 to present,” said Mr. Trinh Huu Anh, adding that events and activities nominated by the public will be considered by the council for voting when nominated by the majority of the public (at least 30% of the total number of nominees).
