On the afternoon of October 25, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a conference of key officials to announce the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
