(NLĐO) - The Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee emphasized that streamlining the organizational structure is a difficult task because it touches upon the interests, thoughts, and feelings of many organizations and individuals.

On December 9th, the 18th Provincial People's Council of Quang Binh Province opened its 19th session. At the session, Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang addressed many important issues, most notably the determination to streamline the organizational structure within the political system.
The Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee emphasized that streamlining the administrative apparatus is a very difficult task, as it directly relates to the thoughts, feelings, aspirations, and interests of many organizations and individuals. However, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang affirmed that this is an urgent and necessary undertaking, bringing long-term benefits to the people and the country.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang quoted General Secretary To Lam as saying that the sooner streamlining is implemented, the greater the effectiveness will be. He requested that Quang Binh province complete the summary of Resolution 18 of the 12th Party Congress on streamlining the organizational structure in December, and then propose specific plans to submit to the Central Committee.
The Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee called on all Party committees, governments, agencies, organizations, and localities throughout the province to demonstrate the highest level of determination and take decisive action to complete this task. He emphasized that the success of this organizational streamlining will create a breakthrough change in the operation of the province's political system.
In particular, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang hopes to receive the support and cooperation of all the people and voters in the province so that the restructuring and streamlining of the administrative apparatus can achieve the best results.
At its 19th session, the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council will also hear and consider 27 reports on the results of work in 2024 and key tasks for 2025 from the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; the results of implementing the Provincial People's Council's resolution on socio-economic tasks in 2024 and the socio-economic plan for 2025; and information from the Provincial National Assembly Delegation on the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly. Simultaneously, it will consider 31 proposals aimed at fulfilling the requirements of the province's socio-economic development tasks.
According to the session agenda, tomorrow (December 10th), the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council will continue its discussion session; and conduct a question-and-answer session.
