(NLDO) - Some individuals deliberately took offensive photos at metro line 1, causing controversy and affecting public transport culture.
Despite many measures to promote regulations on metro use, some individuals still deliberately violate them by taking offensive photos at the station. Recently, an account named "Phuc Nguyen" posted a series of sensitive photos taken at An Phu station (metro line 1) on the group "Photography Enthusiasts - Aphoto" with more than 1.3 million members.

These images quickly attracted attention and received many mixed comments. Many people condemned this as offensive behavior, violating public order.
Mr. Pham Thanh Sang (residing in Thu Duc City) said that he has seen groups taking offensive photos at the metro station many times. Some groups not only cause disorder but also carry flash lights, which can affect the train driver's vision.
Faced with this situation, a representative of the Urban Railway Company No. 1 (HURC1) said that this was a thoughtful action and hoped that passengers would comply with the regulations to ensure safety and comfort for everyone. Although Metro No. 1 has a security team, in some cases, this force cannot be present in time to prevent violations.
In addition to taking offensive photos, HURC1 also recorded many violations of regulations such as blocking platform doors, not lining up, bringing food and drinks into the station, using elevators for the wrong purposes, or behaving inappropriately in public.
HURC1 said that the staff at the station still strives to remind and handle violations in order to build a civilized and modern metro culture. The company hopes that passengers will comply with regulations, contributing to creating a safe and standard public transport environment.
