Hometown: Phong Coc Ward, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province.

Residence: No. 893, Group 4, Area 10B, Quang Hanh Ward, Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province.

Due to old age and poor health, despite the devoted care and treatment of his family and doctors, he could not survive and passed away at 7:50 a.m. on March 22, 2025 (February 23, At Ty year), at the age of 86.

Funeral: starting from 4:00 p.m., March 22, 2025, Saturday (February 23, At Ty year) at private residence: No. 893, Group 4, Area 10B, Quang Hanh Ward, Cam Pha City.

Memorial service: held at 7:00 a.m., March 24, 2025, Monday (February 25, At Ty year) .

Burial at Goc Khe cemetery, Ha Tu ward, Ha Long city.
