Dien Bien TV - On the afternoon of March 28, comrade Lo Thi Minh Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, chaired a thematic conference for March 2025 with the theme "Improving the quality of Party cell activities of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department in the current period".

Comrade Lo Thi Minh Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the thematic conference in March 2025.

The March 2025 thematic meeting of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department focused on 3 contents: Theoretical basis of research content; analysis of the current status of research content; tasks and solutions for the coming time.

At the meeting, party members in the branch focused their speeches on the following issues: Improving the quality of activities and combativeness of party members in branch activities; theories and results of the meeting, proposing solutions to improve the quality of branch activities in the coming time.

Through the thematic meeting, each party member and cadre will have a deeper understanding of the role, position and importance of the Party cell and Party cell activities; each individual will be aware of the advantages and limitations, propose solutions and recommendations to improve the quality of Party cell activities; at the same time, draw their own practical experiences to improve the quality of Party cell activities in the future.
