At the meeting with Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., the two leaders emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation between Vietnam and the Philippines to promptly respond to the complicated changes in the world and regional situation in recent times.
Accordingly, the two leaders agreed to assign relevant ministries and sectors of the two countries to promote the signing of the Intergovernmental Agreement on rice trade cooperation to enhance the initiative of Vietnam and the Philippines in rice production and import and export.
The two sides also affirmed that they will promote cooperation in important areas such as agricultural cooperation, marine scientific research, climate change response, etc., while making efforts to facilitate the two countries' goods to penetrate deeper into each other's markets, contributing to the early realization of the goal of increasing trade turnover to 10 billion USD between the two countries in the coming time.
The two leaders affirmed that President Marcos Jr.'s upcoming visit to Vietnam will create a new strong momentum to develop the bilateral relationship more deeply and effectively, bringing practical benefits to the people as well as positively contributing to peace, security and stability in the region.

At the meeting with Indonesian President Joko Widodo, the two leaders affirmed that they will actively coordinate and discuss measures to enhance cooperation in the coming time; effectively implement signed agreements and agreements; and promote early ratification of the Agreement on the delimitation of exclusive economic zones, contributing to bringing practical benefits to the people of the two countries.
The two leaders affirmed to actively coordinate to promote trade cooperation; agreed to assign relevant ministries to negotiate and sign a long-term trade agreement on rice import and export between the two countries; and expand the import and export of agricultural products of both sides' strengths to each other's markets.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Indonesia on its success in its role as ASEAN Chair 2023. Discussing international and regional issues, the two leaders agreed to continue to coordinate closely at regional and international forums, especially at the United Nations and ASEAN, as well as on regional and international issues of mutual concern.

During the meeting with Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, the two sides appreciated the increased meetings between the two countries' leaders to review and discuss ways to remove difficulties and obstacles and facilitate cooperation in all fields. The two Prime Ministers discussed the direction to upgrade the bilateral relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership at an appropriate time.
Appreciating the positive contributions of the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIPs), the two leaders agreed to assign relevant agencies of the two countries to study the possibility of establishing an association of industrial parks of the two countries, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of VSIPs according to a smart, green, sustainable model, combining the development of industrial park - urban ecosystems.
The two sides also agreed to cooperate to soon build a common database of the two countries to promote the digital transformation process of the two economies.
The two leaders discussed priorities and key points in Vietnam-Singapore economic cooperation. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong appreciated Vietnam's great potential in the field of renewable energy, especially wind and solar power. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh thanked Singapore for licensing the supply of clean electricity from Vietnam to the Singapore market.
The two sides also emphasized the importance of enhancing people-to-people exchanges, including exchanges between the two countries' youth, to enhance mutual understanding and further foster friendship and lasting ties between the two peoples.
