Pursuant to Documents No. 746/CDBVN-QLVT, PT&NL dated February 12, 2025; No. 802/CDBVN-QLVT, PT&NL dated February 14, 2025 of the Vietnam Road Administration on preparing to transfer the task of testing and granting driving licenses, the Binh Thuan Department of Transport announces as follows:
From February 19, 2025 , Binh Thuan Department of Transport will stop organizing exams for new training courses for car and motorbike drivers.
From February 19, 2025 , Binh Thuan Department of Transport will stop receiving applications for procedures to issue, change, and reissue Motorcycle Driving Licenses.
From February 19, 2025 to February 23 , 2025 , the Department will only accept applications for changing car driving licenses valid until March 10, 2025. From February 24, 2025 to February 27 , 2025, it will only accept applications for issuing and changing car driving licenses that expire on the same day.
