Ms. Pham Kim Dung affirmed that: “All information from those subjects is fraud, taking advantage of the stress of candidates and their families when taking the exam to make profit, these fraudulent tricks are too old but still take advantage of technology and social networks to repeat every year. We affirm that there is no way to interfere with the judges' score sheets or the final results.
We will provide all this information to the authorities for help and support in handling these subjects with fraudulent behavior, taking advantage of the trust of candidates for personal gain. The Organizing Committee will also have legal interventions if these subjects continue to affect the candidates as well as the contest, and the contest organizers."
