Kinhtedothi-On March 21, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1646/QD-UBND on the establishment of an interdisciplinary working group to appraise component projects of the Tu Lien Bridge Construction Investment Project and roads at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Street to the intersection with Truong Sa Street).
Accordingly, the Inter-sectoral Working Group assigned Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Do Viet Hai as the Head of the Working Group and 10 members of the Working Group are representatives of leaders of departments, branches, districts and towns: Department of Finance; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Planning and Architecture; Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Culture and Sports; Institute of Construction Planning; People's Committee of Tay Ho District; People's Committee of Long Bien District; People's Committee of Dong Anh District; Secretary, assisting the Working Group includes 5 officers from the Departments of Construction.
The interdisciplinary working group chaired by the Department of Construction has the following tasks: to review and give appraisal opinions on the contents of the component projects of the Tu Lien Bridge Construction Investment Project and the roads at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Street to the intersection with Truong Sa Street). Use the seal of the agency or unit to issue a document of appraisal opinions to the Department of Construction for synthesis and reporting to the City People's Committee; The document of appraisal opinions on the Investment Project is sent to the Department of Construction within 24 hours of receiving the Investment Project dossier.
Along with that, fully attend the meetings of the Inter-sectoral Working Group, exchange and contribute opinions on the contents of consideration, appraisal and vote on the conclusions of the Inter-sectoral Working Group. Be responsible before the law, the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee for their appraisal and voting opinions. Carry out the responsibility of explaining when requested for appraisal opinions on contents related to the fields under the functions and tasks of the agencies, units and localities under their charge and the assigned contents.
The City People's Committee assigns: Investors of component projects are responsible for promptly providing complete documents related to the investment project to ensure progress and quality to serve the appraisal work of the Interdisciplinary Working Group; Explain, clarify, and complete the Investment Project Documents according to the requirements of the Interdisciplinary Working Group. Be responsible before the law, the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee for the Investment Project Documents and fulfill the responsibility of explaining when requested for the Investment Project Feasibility Study Report.
The interdisciplinary working group will dissolve itself after completing the appraisal and adjustment appraisal (if any) according to regulations.
