Establish a new business for only 0 VND

With the support packages for public digital signatures, electronic invoices, seals, etc. being implemented, business households in Thua Thien Hue province will have the opportunity to not incur costs when establishing new businesses in 2024.

Thua Thien Hue Department of Planning and Investment said that FPT IS Company Limited is currently implementing Package No. 03 "Support for the use of public digital signatures and electronic invoices" under the Project to Support public digital signatures, electronic invoices for newly established enterprises and accounting tax costs for business households converting to enterprises in Thua Thien Hue province in 2024.

This project is invested by the Department of Planning and Investment of Thua Thien Hue, FPT IS Company (headquartered at No. 10, Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi) is the winning bidder. The package value is 1.32 billion VND.

Business households in Thua Thien Hue province have the opportunity to set up a business without paying fees in 2024.

According to Ms. Tra Huong, representative of contractor FPT IS, in this package, the unit will provide software for 3,000 invoices and digital signatures for 12 months for business households when registering for new establishment with a cost of 1 million 620 thousand VND. This cost will be paid by the Department of Planning and Investment of Thua Thien Hue to support business households.

In addition, FPT IS will also support free digital signatures for 6 months for business households as well as free sponsorship for business establishment packages, signs, seals, and state procedure fees when households establish businesses. The value of these support policies from FPT IS is 1 million 680 thousand VND.

“Thua Thien Hue will soon become a centrally-governed city, so attracting investment and establishing new businesses will certainly increase. Therefore, FPT IS’s additional support packages in the bid package aim to create conditions for local businesses to enhance their brands by opening a business with their own name before this historic moment. This is also part of our company’s gratitude to the people and government of Thua Thien Hue province,” Ms. Huong shared.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong, Chief of Office of the Department of Planning and Investment of Thua Thien Hue, Package No. 03 "Support for the use of public digital signatures and electronic invoices" will be implemented by FPT IS Company Limited until December 31, 2024.

The total value of the support package according to the bidding package and policy of FPT IS that business households in Thua Thien Hue province will enjoy when registering to establish a new business in 2024 is worth 3.3 million VND.
