In order to better serve the needs of sightseeing and incense offering of people and tourists at the Hung Temple Festival in 2025, the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site Management Board has developed and implemented many plans to ensure the landscape and environment so that the festival area is always green, clean and beautiful.

The Hung Kings' Commemoration Day and the 2025 Culture - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land will take place from March 29 to April 7 (ie from March 1 to 10, At Ty year) in Viet Tri city, Hung Temple historical relic site and localities at the provincial level. Therefore, from the beginning of the year, Hung Temple historical relic site has developed and issued a plan, assigning specific tasks to departments, offices and affiliated centers such as: Organizing, arranging and setting up sales and service locations, environmental sanitation, pruning trees, ensuring aesthetics at the Den Gieng 5-way intersection and surrounding areas.

For many months now, the Relic Site has focused on maintaining, renovating and repairing infrastructure works in the area; arranging forces to collect and promptly treat waste to ensure environmental sanitation. At the same time, the landscape has also been renovated; additional trees and flower beds have been planted, creating a green - clean - beautiful environment. The system of sales kiosks has also been organized and rearranged synchronously, neatly, by area, making it convenient for visitors to choose souvenirs for themselves and their loved ones when returning to the Land of Ancestors.

Accordingly, the organization, arrangement and layout of sales and service locations must be scientific, suitable to actual conditions; public and transparent in implementation and directly to people with real business needs. Service contracts for the use of sales areas and household waste collection and transportation services must be implemented in accordance with regulations, approved planning and plans; the transfer of signed sales locations to enjoy the difference is strictly prohibited.

Mr. Dao Van Lang - owner of Lang Lieu rice cake business and production in the Gieng Temple area said: "As soon as we received the notice about the arrangement and relocation of sales and service locations to the new location, we were very in agreement and ready to move with the support of the staff of the Relic Site on time, quickly stabilize the booth to be ready to serve people coming to attend the Hung Kings Commemoration this year".

To ensure security, order and aesthetics, the Relic Site has strengthened the management of sales and service business activities; managed business households in complying with, protecting, preserving, promoting the image and promoting the value of the Relic Site. At the same time, the Department of Relic, Culture and Festival Management is assigned to preside over the development of a plan to inspect, supervise and manage service and tourism business activities in accordance with regulations. Coordinate with units to advise and propose handling of business households that do not comply with or violate regulations on sales and service business.

Along with that, the Hung Temple Tourism Service Center also inspected and urged business households to renovate kiosks, sales areas, and service business areas to ensure aesthetics; notified groups and individuals of locations that will not be selling goods or providing services in 2025 to clean up and dismantle. The Forest Protection and Management Department developed a plan to inspect, ensure security and order, and fire safety in areas where sales and service business locations are located at the Relic Site.

The Department of Monuments, Culture and Festival Management strengthens the maintenance of order in sales and service business, ensures security and order in dismantling and clearing out sales and service business areas that do not comply with regulations when requested. Prevents and handles street vendors who cause offense and frustration to tourists. Coordinates with the Provincial Police and Viet Tri Forest Protection Department to propagate and guide people on fire prevention and fighting regulations; requires organizations and individuals to sign a commitment to fire prevention and fighting in business areas.

Thereby, meeting the business needs of households serving compatriots and tourists visiting Hung Temple. With the determination of the Relic Site's Board of Directors, from now until March 16, we will complete the arrangement of new sales locations to restore the green, clean and beautiful landscape to welcome visitors to the Land of Ancestors.

Proactiveness and creativity in organizing and managing festivals, ensuring environmental hygiene and food safety... are important factors, thereby contributing to building and preserving a civilized and clean festival space at the Hung Temple Historical Site.
