Absolutely do not allow organizations and individuals to operate tutoring without permission. Inspect, handle violations, and supervise the activities of licensed tutoring establishments, ensuring that they operate in accordance with regulations and licensed content. Inspect the implementation of tutoring and learning according to regulations. Promptly and strictly handle tutoring establishments that operate without permission, do not comply with regulations, cause insecurity and disorder, and affect the rights of learners.
The Department of Education and Training of District 1 also requested that principals of primary and secondary schools inform teachers who participate in extra teaching and learning to know and properly implement regulations on extra teaching and learning. Have a plan to conduct internal inspections of schools on the management of extra teaching and learning. Make a list of managers and teachers who are participating in teaching at extra teaching and learning facilities.
Additional teaching and learning establishments must publicly disclose their operating licenses and relevant guidance documents on additional teaching and learning.
