(To Quoc) - On March 11, in Ho Chi Minh City, Sun World - the entertainment brand of Sun Group and Vietnam Tourism and Transport Marketing Joint Stock Company (Vietravel) - the travel brand of Vietravel Group officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking an important step of strategic cooperation, joining hands to promote Vietnam tourism and bring customers many unique products with attractive incentives.
According to the cooperation agreement, Vietravel is officially a strategic partner of Sun World in the domestic and international markets. Vietravel will distribute tickets to the Sun World tourism complex through its sales system, bringing customers exciting experiences at leading entertainment areas. In addition, Vietravel will develop and propose stimulus tour programs that include entrance tickets to Sun World tourist areas. To support these programs, Sun World will apply preferential policies exclusively for tours designed by Vietravel to serve individual tourists and corporate customers in domestic and international target markets, including "Wow pass" (priority access) at special prices and free of charge for MICE groups of 300 or more guests.
Sun World signs strategic cooperation agreement with Vietravel in 2025
According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate to improve customer incentives, especially priority for loyal customers, including fixed incentives for membership levels and incentives for each promotional program, to enhance customer experience and brand image. It is expected that the total minimum output achieved in 2025 will be 120,000 visitors at the Sun World tourism complex, creating favorable conditions for domestic and international tourists to access high-quality services.
In addition to cooperating in the ticket distribution process, Vietravel and Sun World will coordinate to implement many joint communication and marketing activities to increase brand recognition of both parties. Accordingly, Vietravel and Sun World will accompany each other in promotional campaigns on multiple channels, including digital platforms, social networks, and mass media, to provide accurate and attractive information about each party's products and services.

In addition, Vietravel will exploit its media channels to promote the Sun World tourist area to potential customers, especially international tourists. At the same time, Sun World and Vietravel will coordinate to organize promotional programs, roadshows, and famtrips for customers and partners to introduce new experiences at the Sun World entertainment area system.
