In 2023, VIB Bank spent nearly VND 13.2 billion on remuneration for members of the Board of Directors (BOD), an increase of VND 5.5 billion compared to last year. VIB's BOD has 5 members, so on average each person will receive about VND 2.64 billion/year.
VIB's Board of Directors and Chief Accountant will receive a total salary and bonus of VND 21.4 billion in 2023, a decrease of 28% compared to 2022. VIB's Board of Directors currently has 5 members, so each person will receive an average salary and bonus of about VND 4.28 billion in 2023.

MSB Bank is also paying remuneration to 7 members of the Board of Directors of more than 15 billion VND, a decrease of 1.4 billion VND compared to 2022. Because the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MSB does not receive remuneration, the remaining members will have an average remuneration of about 2.5 billion VND in 2023.
The salary and bonus of the CEO and senior managers at MSB in 2023 is 34.6 billion VND. Currently, the bank's executive board has 16 members, so each person will receive an average of more than 2.16 billion VND.
LPBank also spent nearly VND8.6 billion to pay remuneration to the Board of Directors, a sharp decrease compared to last year's expenditure (VND21.2 billion). LPBank's Board of Directors has 7 members, so on average each person will receive remuneration of about VND1.2 billion.
The salary and bonus of the General Director and key management members of LPBank is 15.7 billion VND. This is a salary and bonus that has decreased significantly compared to 2022 (34 billion VND).
In 2023, BVBank will pay the Board of Directors 6.1 billion VND in remuneration, the Supervisory Board 1.76 billion VND and the Executive Board 12.1 billion VND.
Techcombank also approved a fixed remuneration level in 2023 for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of VND38.8 billion. In addition, key leaders will also receive an additional VND7.7 billion in other allowances.
