Agribank tightens debt of nearly 134 billion, restaurant ship Elisa on Saigon River is about to be auctioned

The debt of Hao Huy Trading Company Limited - the investor of the Elisa floating restaurant ship at the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Saigon Branch is estimated at nearly 134 billion VND as of February 28, 2025. Of which, the principal balance is more than 59.8 billion VND and the interest debt is more than 74.1 billion VND.

On April 18, the Ho Chi Minh City Property Auction Service Center will auction this debt with the Elisa restaurant ship as collateral.

According to the announcement, the ship was built in 2007 by Bao Tin Company Limited, with an inland waterway vehicle registration certificate issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport (now the Department of Public Works and Transport) on October 24, 2012.

The floating restaurant ship Elisa on the Saigon River is about to be auctioned due to a debt of 134 billion VND.

This is the largest floating restaurant ship in Vietnam today, with a designed length of 44,290 m and a designed width of 16,000 m (maximum width of 16,300 m). The ship is equipped with a Mitsubishi engine with a capacity of 650 CV, and a tonnage of 1,000 people/20 tons.

The ship has 4 floors, moving between floors by elevator, with a cleverly arranged reception space with a variety of locations including outdoors, indoors, banquet halls and VIP rooms. This is the first five-star service to appear in the central river area of ​​the city, considered the most unique restaurant ship in Vietnam.

The difference between the Elisa ship and other restaurant ships on the Saigon River today is that the ship stays still in one place, while other ships move on the river, taking visitors to experience the city through many areas.

This restaurant boat is a familiar and favorite destination for diners and people of Ho Chi Minh City to enjoy the cuisine and feel the vibrant life of the city at night. This is also the place where fireworks viewing services are organized during Tet holidays, which is very popular and chosen by people and tourists.

In addition, the collateral for this debt also includes a Camry SE 3.5 car.

Hao Huy Trading Company Limited, the investor and owner of the Elisa ship, was established in 2005, with a charter capital of 60 billion VND (according to the Business Change Registration Certificate in July 2020).
