The number of international visitors has increased, and import and export activities have recovered strongly.
In the first 7 months, the industrial production index increased by 7.7%, total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue increased by 10.3% (43 trillion VND). Total budget revenue reached 52% (12,341 billion VND), total local budget expenditure reached 46% (13,076 billion VND). Disbursement rate reached 28.5% (2,569.9 billion VND)...
Opinions at the meeting all acknowledged that the socio-economic development situation has shown signs of positive changes. However, there are still many difficulties that require great efforts to achieve the set targets and plans when the disbursement rate of public investment capital is still low, administrative reform is not really strong, businesses still face many difficulties, many projects are still behind schedule...
According to Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung, without high political determination and specific and practical ways of doing things, the requirements and tasks of 2024 will not be met. The entire political system needs to review the contents and tasks according to the issued work program, organize thematic conferences to bring them into practice. Remove difficulties for businesses and investors.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung said that people, investors and businesses have high expectations for the management of local socio-economic development in recent times. The entire political system must have high political determination and great efforts to achieve good results.
