More and more businesses, cooperatives and production facilities, especially OCOP entities, are focusing on promoting products on online channels. OCOP entities have actively taken advantage of social networking platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, TikTok... while developing websites to introduce products and participating in e-commerce platforms.

This transformation creates an important stepping stone for steady sales growth every year.
Ms. Le Thi Bao Trang - the owner of the facility, said: "Compared to 2000, when the facility was first established, we only produced a few hundred products per month, but now we can produce a few thousand products. This is thanks to maximizing the advantages of online business, helping to reach customers faster without being limited by geographical distance."
Having produced and sold jams for nearly 10 years, Mr. Tran Vinh Phu - owner of Duc Dat Homemade Jam Production Facility (Tan An Luong Commune, Vung Liem District) shared: “Previously, my family only produced jams and sold them at home, mainly serving regular customers in the area. However, realizing the increasingly diverse market demand, I have improved the design, enhanced the product quality and gradually brought the pandan coconut jam product to meet the 4-star OCOP standard.”
Mr. Phu also quickly grasped the modern business trend by promoting online activities on social networks. Thanks to this strategy, his products have reached and expanded the market to more than 50 provinces and cities. “Doing business online helps me not only sell more but also easily reach customers far away, collect direct feedback. From there, I adjust the processing formula, improve the flavor so that the product is increasingly suitable for the tastes of consumers in different regions,” said Mr. Phu.
Bringing OCOP products further
According to the functional sector, grasping market trends, many OCOP entities have been interested in applying solutions to improve products and sales methods to suit online sales channels and e-commerce.
