In the context that the entire political system is carrying out a revolution in streamlining the apparatus, striving for double-digit growth, the spirit of determination to act, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good is being spread by the provincial leaders, becoming the driving force for innovation for Vinh Phuc to accelerate its development and rise up with the country.
At the recent working session of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility was reaffirmed when the provincial leaders boldly proposed to the Central Government to remove difficulties and obstacles in many fields, especially to carry out tasks that are not yet available in practice and not yet regulated by law, but that action is for the common good, determined to do it in accordance with the spirit of "3 yes, 2 no" according to the Prime Minister's direction to remove bottlenecks and promote growth.

Along with promoting decentralization and delegation of power to sectors and localities, in recent times, leaders have always closely followed the grassroots to remove obstacles and bottlenecks, and unleash resources to realize the double-digit growth target right from the first months of the year.
The spirit of determination to act, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good is not only the driving force for innovation and development but also the guiding principle for the actions of each cadre and party member to fulfill the noble mission assigned by the Party and the People; to realize the goal of a prosperous and strong Vinh Phuc as Uncle Ho always wished.
