There is no fixed date, but whenever I can arrange time, I always visit and encourage her to study. Having been involved in the Association's work since 2007, she understands and sympathizes with the difficult lives as well as the thoughts and feelings of the Women's Union members. As an area with immigrant women, women working in industrial parks and clusters, she is flexible in gathering and establishing models to attract specific groups of women. The District Association is also a unit with many meaningful jobs in caring for and creating conditions for women and children through social security activities, the Godmother program, supporting women to start a business, etc. From 2024 to now, the Association has mobilized to donate more than 7,500 gifts, totaling more than 2.2 billion VND to poor women, those in difficult circumstances, those with disabilities, children, the elderly, etc. The Women's Union from the district to the grassroots has registered and carried out many practical works and tasks to participate in building new rural areas , civilized urban areas, etc. In addition, the Association coordinates with the District Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office to support more than 4,400 households with loans for production and business, etc. with a total amount of more than 206 billion VND.

Building Long An women to be confident, self-respecting, and aspiring to rise up
Carrying forward the tradition of previous generations of PN, over the years, PN Long An has made great contributions to the construction and development of the province, which has been recognized and appreciated by the leaders and supported by the people.
Recently, Long An Women's Union has focused on innovation, creativity, and improving the efficiency and quality of the Association's activities. Notably, the emulation movements of the Association on building Vietnamese women in the new era and building Long An women's union with confidence, self-respect, and aspirations to rise up have been well implemented. The Women's Union bases are managing 1,084 savings and loan groups with a total outstanding debt of more than VND 2,559 billion; at the same time, providing capital support to more than 50,771 women's unions, of which 90% of the loan members are women borrowing for economic development in the following groups: poor and near-poor households, student loans, job creation, social housing, etc.

Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of the Union's work and social security activities, caring for HVPN, children in difficult circumstances , etc. In 2024, the Provincial Women's Union continued to direct the Union's grassroots organizations to implement the program Accompanying Women in the Border Area with the theme "Women Unite to Build a Peaceful Border Area" in Tan Hiep Commune (Thanh Hoa District) and Binh Thanh Commune (Moc Hoa District). In particular, with the support of the Women's Unions of Tra Vinh, Vinh Long provinces and the Women's Union of District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, with a total budget of more than 200 million VND.

On the occasion of the meeting to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2025); 1,985 years of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, the Provincial Women's Union organized a ceremony to launch a special emulation campaign and projects to welcome Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
