BHG - On the afternoon of August 10, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council and the Ha Giang City People's Council, including Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hau Minh Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ha Giang City People's Council; and the delegations of the People's Councils at 2 levels had a meeting with voters of Minh Khai ward, Ha Giang city.

After listening to the report of the 2-level People's Council delegation on the results of the 12th session of the Provincial People's Council and the 11th session of the City People's Council, voters of Minh Khai ward were delighted with the positive changes of the city and trusted in the leadership of the Party and State; at the same time, they highly appreciated the direction and operation of the People's Council delegates.
Recommendations to the People's Council delegates and voters of Minh Khai ward requesting the province to direct the acceleration of the construction progress of the Dam project to create a landscape for the city's environment, the Sports Complex project, the road in front of Kim Dong Primary School, and Hoa Lan Kindergarten to prepare for the new school year. Requesting Ha Giang city to completely resolve issues related to Minh Khai Vegetable and Fish Cooperative; have solutions to manage extra teaching and learning; arrange and solve jobs for children after graduating from university, college, and vocational training; strengthen state management of land and urban order to ensure convenience for the people; pay attention to resolving petitions, complaints, and proposals from the people; plan residential areas and landfill areas; consider arranging for centralized livestock slaughter; create conditions for people in lane 247 to donate land to open roads for people's lives...

Speaking at the meeting, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung thanked voters for their attention to the province's major events and issues and for their constructive and responsible proposals and recommendations that were in line with the rights and interests of the people. The Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee has selected the Dam and the Sports Complex as key projects and has inspected, supervised, and directed functional agencies to focus on accelerating progress and ensuring quality. Regarding the issue of job creation for the city's children after graduation, the Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the province will discuss, find solutions, and publicize recruitment campaigns on the mass media. To improve the quality of education and training, the Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that this is an issue that the province is very concerned about. The Provincial Party Committee has met to discuss and find solutions to improve the quality of education and training. The province will organize a province-wide conference on this issue as soon as possible.
Based on the opinions and recommendations of voters of Minh Khai ward, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang city has received, explained and clarified the contents under the authority of the city; continued to propose to the province to consider and resolve recommendations beyond its authority.
