Domestic coffee price list updated on the morning of March 11, 2025

Last week, domestic coffee prices fluctuated strongly according to the world market. According to statistics, although they decreased in the last trading sessions of the week, overall coffee prices last week were still higher than the previous week.

According to the International Coffee Organization (ICO), coffee prices have recovered due to a number of factors such as: Sales from Vietnam and Brazil have slowed down. Although supply is still abundant, farmers in the world's two largest coffee producing countries are tending to limit sales, expecting prices to increase further in the near future.

Speculative activities reduce selling pressure: After the previous period of strong selling, investment funds in the coffee market have adjusted their strategies, limiting sales, helping prices to be more stable.

Robusta inventories fall sharply: Data from ICE showed Robusta coffee inventories are at their lowest in two months, providing a boost to prices amid no immediate signs of improvement in supply.

Analysts say coffee prices may continue to move sideways or increase slightly in the coming sessions as demand remains stable. However, the market still has the potential for correction if there is increased profit-taking pressure from investors.

Overall, in the first four months of the 2024-2025 coffee crop year, global coffee exports reached 42.79 million bags, down 4.9% compared to the 45.01 million bags in the same period of the 2023-2024 crop year.

Rising coffee prices are leaving shelves bare at major retail chains in several European countries, according to Bloomberg. The situation is playing out in the Netherlands, where two leading supermarket chains, Albert Heijn and Jumbo, announced that they have stopped importing some products from coffee group JDE Peet's NV while they renegotiate their supply contracts.
