Accordingly, the newly opened routes include: Song Hau Park (Can Tho city) - Kinh Cung town (Hau Giang province); route distance 43 km; itinerary: Song Hau Park - Le Loi - Tran Van Keo - Nguyen Trai - Hung Vuong - Tran Hung Dao - 3/2 street - Dau Sau bridge - DT923 - Vam Xang bridge - DT932 - DT931B - Nguyen Trung Truc - 3/2 street - DT929 - Tam Vu street (Rach Goi market) - National Highway 61 - Kinh Cung town and vice versa.
In the first quarter of 2025, Can Tho will open three new inter-provincial bus routes.
Phong Dien district route (Can Tho city) - Bay Ngan town (Hau Giang province); route distance 27 km; itinerary: Phong Dien town - DT926 - KH9 bridge - DT929 (Bon Tong Mot Ngan route) - Xa No bridge - DT931B - Mot Ngan town - Bay Ngan town and vice versa.
Route Can Tho International Airport - Dai Ngai town (Soc Trang province); route distance 73 km; itinerary: Can Tho International Airport - Vo Van Kiet - Mau Than - Tran Hung Dao - Hung Vuong - Tran Phu - Le Loi - Ninh Kieu bridge - Ngo Gia Tu - Hai Ba Trung - Nguyen An Ninh - 30/4 street - Quang Trung bridge - QL.1A - Can Tho City Center bus station - National Highway 1A - Vo Nguyen Giap - Cai Cui - Mai Dam town (Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province) - National Highway Nam Song Hau - National Highway 60 - Dai Ngai bus station and vice versa.
Can Tho currently has 10 adjacent bus routes with a total length of more than 532km. Specifically, Can Tho to Vinh Long has two routes: Can Tho - Vinh Long and Can Tho - Vung Liem. These two routes are operated by Phuong Trang FUTA Bus Lines Joint Stock Company.
Can Tho to Soc Trang has Can Tho - Dai Ngai town route, Soc Trang Province Transport Joint Stock Company is the operating unit.
Can Tho - Hau Giang has three routes including: two routes Can Tho - Hau Giang; Can Tho Bung Tau town. Hau Giang Bus Station Joint Stock Company and Phuong Trang FUTA Bus Lines Joint Stock Company operate. Can Tho to Dong Thap province has two routes including: Can Tho - Sa Dec city and Lo Te intersection - Sa Dec city. Phuong Trang FUTA Bus Lines Joint Stock Company operates.
Can Tho to An Giang has 1 route from Lo Te intersection - Chau Thanh. Operated by Phuong Trang FUTA Bus Lines Joint Stock Company.
The remaining route Can Tho - Nga Nam town, Soc Trang province, has temporarily suspended operations.
