The police served the decision to prosecute the case and the order prohibiting Tran Thi Kieu Duyen from leaving her place of residence.

According to the case file, at the end of 2014, Tran Thi Kieu Duyen bought a college diploma and a full transcript of a finance-banking major under the name Tran Thi Kieu Duyen from a person who made fake diplomas according to an advertising text message.

Duyen then used this fake diploma to apply for a job at the People's Committee of Hanh Minh commune, Nghia Hanh district and was accepted to work in a part-time position in population and family planning.

In 2021, Duyen used the above fake documents to apply for civil servant recruitment for public service units under the Department of Health of Quang Ngai province and was accepted.

After receiving the report, the Investigation Security Agency of Quang Ngai Provincial Police verified at relevant agencies such as: University of Finance - Accounting, People's Committee of Hanh Minh Commune, Department of Education - Training, Phuc Hung Private General Hospital, Department of Population - Family Planning under the Department of Health.

From there, the Security Investigation Agency requested an appraisal of the documents used by the subject. The results determined that the signature and seal on the subject were fake and did not match the comparison samples obtained at the verified agencies.

Currently, Quang Ngai Provincial Police are continuing to investigate and expand the case.

* On the afternoon of June 6, Binh Son District Police (Quang Ngai Province) initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and issued a temporary detention order against Nguyen Thanh Minh (36 years old, Long Hung Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province), who is the manager of the vehicle fleet of Nam T.
