Quang Nam streamlines 107 staff in the first phase of 2025

Of the 107 cases of staff reduction, 90 people retired early and 17 people quit their jobs immediately.

Specifically, there are 19 cases in the provincial departments and branches; 45 cases in the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; 43 cases in cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level, of which 29 cases are redundant due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to inspect, appraise, and advise the Provincial People's Committee to arrange funding to implement policies and regimes for the subjects of staff streamlining in accordance with current regulations.
