Quang Nam province affirmed that the Chu Lai Truong Hai automobile mechanical industrial park expansion is an important project, so it proposed to approve the investment policy of this project.
On June 26, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province sent a document to the Ministry of Planning and Investment regarding the dossier requesting approval of the investment policy for the project to invest in and operate the infrastructure of the expanded Chu Lai Truong Hai automobile mechanical industrial park.
Previously, in order to have a basis for appraising project documents, the Ministry of Planning and Investment sent a document requesting Quang Nam province to clarify the local industrial park land quota.
In addition, clarify the overlapping area (about 61.8 hectares) of the Chu Lai Truong Hai automobile mechanical industrial park expansion project with the North Chu Lai industrial park project of Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, regarding the land use index of industrial parks , the province has reported and proposed to the Prime Minister and ministries and branches to remove obstacles related to the approval of investment policies for investment projects in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure.
Based on the opinions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Quang Nam province urgently completes the plan to implement the Provincial Planning.

Explaining about the overlapping area of about 61.8 hectares belonging to the North Chu Lai Industrial Park project of Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited (Cizidco), Quang Nam province said that Cizidco has agreed to establish procedures to adjust and reduce the area of the North Chu Lai Industrial Park to create conditions for Chu Lai Truong Hai Company to implement the Chu Lai Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park expansion project.
Quang Nam directed the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province to carry out procedures to establish and approve the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/2,000) of Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park (scale 700 hectares), as a basis for investors to carry out investment project adjustment dossiers and propose new industrial park projects according to regulations.
According to the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, the project to invest in and operate the infrastructure of the Chu Lai Truong Hai automobile mechanical industrial park expansion (115 hectares) is one of the important projects, contributing to the successful implementation of the Provincial Planning, promoting socio-economic development. At the same time, the project will put Quang Nam in the leading group of the country in the field of automobile industry and mechanical supporting industry.
Therefore, Quang Nam province requested the Ministry of Planning and Investment to consider the investor's opinion to process the application for approval of the investment policy for the project to invest in the infrastructure business of the expanded Chu Lai Truong Hai automobile mechanical industrial park .
