On February 5, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union held a conference to disseminate and implement the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law 2024. The conference was held in person with the participation of affiliated grassroots trade unions combined with online from the bridge point of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Delegates were informed about the plan to implement the Trade Union Law No. 50/2024/QH15 in the Trade Union organization and union members, employees and were introduced to the basic contents, important new points related to union members and employees of the Social Insurance Law 2024. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness for trade union officials, mastering the provisions of the Trade Union Law, the Social Insurance Law 2024, thereby implementing practical and specific actions to bring the provisions of the law into life effectively and promptly.

The National Assembly's passage of two important laws that directly affect the rights and interests of union members, workers and trade union organizations has created important legal provisions for union officials and trade union organizations at all levels to better perform their functions and tasks of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; and continue to innovate trade union organizations and activities to meet the requirements of the new situation.
