Hoa Huong Ward (Tam Ky) started construction to welcome the Party Congress

This is a project to welcome the 12th Congress of Hoa Huong Ward Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030) and celebrate the 50th anniversary of Quang Nam Liberation (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025).

It is known that Hoa Huong Ward Party Committee was chosen by Tam Ky City Party Committee to organize the city's model congress, scheduled to be held in mid-March.

The project is invested with a drainage system using reinforced concrete box culverts, with a total length of 368m long, meeting the load capacity standard of about 10 tons. The road surface is 6.5m wide, the sidewalk has Arrange trees, security cameras, public lighting.

Previously, this road was invested under the socialization policy with a surface of 3.5m, but over time it has seriously degraded; there is no common drainage system, so the surrounding environment is polluted.

The project has a total investment of about 4.1 billion VND from the budget (of which, revenue from land use fees, legalization of residential land and change of land use purpose in the ward accounts for 40%).

Households within the project's affected area voluntarily donated land and dismantled structures to build a gate fence. The State partially supported the cost of compensation for structures to rebuild the fence.
