On March 13, a delegation from the Vietnam Writers Association Publishing House and Dai Nam University (Hanoi) led by Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hang - Publishing House Director visited and worked at THACO Chu Lai.
At the meeting, the delegation was introduced to the development process, production and business fields of THACO and visited the automobile assembly and manufacturing factories, mechanical production, supporting industries, THACO College and Chu Lai international port.
Representing Dai Nam University, Dr. Hoang Tran Dong - Assistant to the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University, in charge of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering Technology, expressed his impression of the scale, development speed and achievements in THACO's multidisciplinary development strategy. He said that Dai Nam University focuses on training by closely combining theory and practice, closely following practical needs. The school hopes that THACO will create conditions for students to visit, intern, and access a professional and disciplined working environment in the industrial sector, to improve their knowledge and skills, meeting the increasingly stringent requirements of the labor market.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Mot - THACO Senior Director of Culture - Communication Advisor said: “Over the years, THACO has linked and cooperated with many educational institutions across the country, implementing support programs on training, scientific research, educational sponsorship; receiving interns at factories and units; at the same time recruiting and creating job opportunities for students after graduation. Currently, THACO continues to promote recruitment activities, searching for suitable personnel in many fields, to meet development requirements in the new period. Many potential candidates after completing their internship are considered and recruited for many different positions at the Group”.
On this occasion, Writer Yen Ba - Head of the Editorial Board of the Vietnam Writers Association Publishing House shared: “Nearly 3 years ago, young writers of the Vietnam Writers Association visited THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park. The scale of production and business and the multi-industry industrial ecosystem model of THACO in Chu Lai left a deep impression on the writers. Up to now, THACO has made new strides in the fields of production and business activities. Each visit is a source of inspiration for writers to compose good and unique works about THACO and the Group's efforts in contributing to the development of the country's key economic sectors".
