Nay Y Blang regularly used his private home to organize online meetings for CHPC members in Ea Lam commune, Song Hinh district with key CHPC members in the country. At the same time, Nay Y Blang considered himself a missionary and organized many illegal activities, inciting many people to participate in illegal religious activities.
Although the local government has repeatedly explained that participating in religious organizations and beliefs must comply with the Law on Belief and Religion, Nay Y Blang still does not comply.
More seriously, Nay Y Blang repeatedly entered foreign consulates to provide false information to foreign individuals and organizations, slandering and distorting the State's religious and belief policies in order to carry out a plot to undermine Vietnam's reputation in the international arena.
Now Y BLang re-reads the minutes of service of the decision to prosecute the accused and the detention order. |
