At the places he visited, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Mai Van Hai kindly asked about the health and living conditions of policy families, Dien Bien soldiers, frontline workers, and youth volunteers who directly participated in and won the Dien Bien Phu campaign. On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions, dedication, and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers in the resistance war against French colonialism, contributing with the whole country to the Dien Bien Phu victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world".

Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation Mai Van Hai hopes that the soldiers will always maintain their health, promote the heroic and glorious tradition of the Dien Bien soldiers, and encourage their families and descendants to continue to strive to improve their lives, contribute to building the homeland and the country to become more and more prosperous. He requested Hau Loc district to regularly pay attention, take care of, and well implement the regimes and policies of "gratitude" of the Party and State for policy beneficiaries in the area.
