The delegates unanimously requested the Government and the National Assembly to urgently carry out tasks within their authority to comprehensively reform salaries, pensions, and allowances according to the Party's policy. In the immediate future, it is necessary to fully, promptly, and effectively implement Conclusion No. 83 of the Politburo to ensure fairness, publicity, transparency, and increase income for salary and allowance recipients.
Also at the meeting, the National Assembly discussed the extension of repayment of refinancing loans for Vietnam Airlines (VNA). Summarizing this content, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai said that the delegates basically agreed; but suggested managing and effectively using this resource in combination with other solutions, especially VNA's own solutions to quickly improve the financial situation for VNA; urgently completing the overall project to remove difficulties, speeding up the comprehensive restructuring of VNA. VNA and relevant agencies need to forecast potential risks to develop response scenarios, ensuring the ability to repay debts and operate continuously and normally.
