In the context and requirements of the new situation, the Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee requested that the heads of Party committees, local leaders, units and forces of the Steering Committee 35 at all levels thoroughly grasp the importance of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints; continue to resolutely and persistently effectively implement the main tasks and solutions set out in Resolution No. 35 of the Politburo. Clearly realizing that this is an urgent, regular and long-term political task, this task needs to be integrated and become a regular awareness, closely linked with the political tasks of the locality, unit, as well as in the daily life of each cadre and Party member.

Localities, units and forces must improve their response capacity in the network environment, diversify propaganda methods, promote the application and improve the effectiveness of using multimedia communication tools in propaganda work.

Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen forecasting, proactively grasp the ideological situation and public opinion among the people; avoid being passive, sudden, unexpected, and missing information; promote the effectiveness, orderly operation and coordination of core forces...
