Classification of 28 commune-level administrative units after rearrangement

Le Thanh Nghi Ward (Hai Duong City) is a type II commune-level administrative unit.

Specifically, type I commune-level administrative units including Duy Tan ward (Kinh Mon), Cam Giang town (Cam Giang).

Type II commune-level administrative units include 26 communes, wards and towns: Thai Minh commune (Binh Giang); Cam Viet, Thanh Tan, Vinh Cuong communes, Thanh Ha town (Thanh Ha); Phuc Dien commune (Cam Giang); Lai Khe, Vu Dung, Hoa Binh communes, Phu Thai town (Kim Thanh); Le Thanh Nghi ward (Hai Duong city); Kien Phuc, Duc Phuc, Binh Xuyen communes, Ninh Giang town (Ninh Giang); Ky Son, Dan An, Lac Phuong communes (Tu Ky); Tran Phu, An Phu, Quoc Tuan communes, Nam Sach town (Nam Sach); Gia Tien, Gia Phuc, Nhat Quang, Quang Duc communes (Gia Loc).

In addition, the province also reclassified Cam Doai commune (Cam Giang) from a type III administrative unit to a type II one.
