Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen presented the Politburo's Decision approving Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

On the afternoon of September 26, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a ceremony to hand over the decision on cadres. Politburo member and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen chaired the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, announced the Politburo's Decision on approving Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, member of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Nen, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, congratulated Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc and expressed his confidence and belief that Mr. Loc will continue to promote his capacity and experience in work, thereby successfully completing the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, said: We will continue to make efforts, constantly study, strive, practice, uphold responsibility, political mettle, be modest, and open-minded; inherit and promote the experience of our predecessors and, together with the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, strive to meet increasingly high work requirements, contributing to the sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc was born in 1970, from Kien Giang province, has been associated with Ho Chi Minh City for a long time, with youth and children work, culture, education, health, environment...; is one of the officials with deep understanding, enthusiasm and certain contributions to the country, Ho Chi Minh City in these fields.

He has held many positions and since January 2022, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Head of the Organization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
