Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the new Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Dung said that being able to return to Thai Nguyen - "The Windy Capital" which used to be the heart of the Viet Bac resistance base, being able to come to the Thai Nguyen people "full of red hearts", being able to inherit and follow in the footsteps of the predecessors who once reclaimed, maintained and thickened the country's fences, is a great honor for his work, a sacred public responsibility and a noble civic duty.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung also affirmed that this is a great honor and responsibility that the Party Committee and the People of Thai Nguyen province have entrusted him with.
