Female student of Hanoi Medical University crowned Miss Vietnam Identity Tourism 2024

The final night of the Miss Tourism Vietnam Identity 2024 contest took place in Quang Ngai City with the participation of 30 contestants from various provinces and cities. The victory belonged to Nguyen Phuong Anh - a beauty (born in 2004) from Thanh Hoa.

Nguyen Phuong Anh is 1m73 tall, weighs 48kg, and measures 85-62-90cm. She is currently a student at Hanoi Medical University, majoring in beauty care.

The new Miss Vietnam Identity Tourism was crowned "Pure Flower" worth 2 billion VND, inspired by the lotus flower. She will also spend two years of her reign promoting culture and tourism in Quang Ngai province.

In the final night, Nguyen Phuong Anh impressed in the behavioral round. She received a question from singer Nguyen Vu: "If you were the winner of Miss Vietnam Identity Tourism and had the opportunity to participate in an international competition, how would you introduce Vietnam to international friends?".

She replied: "If I am lucky enough to win the highest position and compete internationally, I will use my image to spread on social networking platforms to introduce to international friends that Vietnamese people are very friendly and hospitable, have a long-standing culture, have many beautiful landscapes and many historical relics.

The cuisine is extremely rich and diverse. Vietnam is a peace-loving country. We always welcome tourists to Vietnam."

The first runner-up title went to Le Thi Tuong Vy from Quang Ngai, the second runner-up title went to Pham Thi Thanh Thao. The third runner-up titles went to Tran Thu Hien from Bac Giang and Dang Thi Tham from Long An.

Miss Tourism Vietnam Identity 2024 is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province. The contest aims to honor the beauty of the soul, personality, lifestyle as well as the physical training, intelligence, talent and courage of Vietnamese women.

According to designer Ta Linh Nhan, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, each contestant in the contest is a tourism ambassador with the mission of spreading the beauty of the homeland and country to domestic and international tourists.
