Teacher Pham Thi Phu shared: Learning and following Uncle Ho, I always put the collective interest first. Along with that, I arrange and organize my work and the work of the staff and teachers in a scientific manner, suitable to the capacity and level of each person, ensuring to maximize the initiative, creativity as well as responsibility of each person.
With 17 years of working in the education sector, teacher Pham Thi Phu has self-studied and gained a lot of experience in teaching as well as school management, effectively directing the development and implementation of the school's educational plan in the direction of developing students' capacity.
In particular, in the context of many changes in education, to suit the new stage, Ms. Phu has directed the profession to focus on implementing innovation in teaching methods and assessment, effectively directing the application of information technology, preserving and using teaching equipment well, maximizing the effectiveness of smart classrooms. Strengthening training for staff, teachers and employees.
Implementing the 2018 General Education program, replacing textbooks, Ms. Phu directed the experts to exploit and thoroughly use teaching equipment, taking advantage of existing equipment and supplies to ensure teaching tasks according to the program's requirements.
Pioneering and exemplary in launching emulation movements, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education, Ms. Phu has directed and encouraged all cadres, teachers and staff of the school to research topics applicable in their fields of expertise. Ms. Phu has directly researched and developed innovative experiences and solutions, of which the most typical is "Measures to educate life skills for students through creative experiential activities to meet the requirements of educational innovation in the current period at Mao Khe I Secondary School". This initiative has attracted 90% of the school's students to enthusiastically participate, thereby helping them grasp basic life skills such as boldness, confidence, agility and dexterity; creating a healthy competitive atmosphere throughout the school.
The study of Uncle Ho is carried out to all cadres, teachers and staff in the school through political activities, study, research on thematic topics, and implementation of "Revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period". Propagating and spreading typical advanced examples associated with emulation movements, especially towards the 60th anniversary of the province's founding and other emulation movements and campaigns, creating a wide spread among cadres, teachers, staff and students in many forms such as flag-raising activities, broadcasting on Mang Non radio, in meetings, on the school website. Under the leadership of a dedicated and passionate female principal, Mao Khe I Secondary School has achieved National Standard Level 2 and quality accreditation Level 3 in 2021. In recent years, the general quality and key quality in the school have gradually improved significantly, the results of cultural subjects and excellent students at all levels have been maintained and stabilized compared to previous school years, the number of good and excellent students reached 70% or more, good conduct reached 99%; the number of excellent students at the school level has been maintained and stabilized at 40% or more, there are no students with poor academic performance.
