That belief and expectation are being fueled by the banking system through the provision of capital for people, businesses, and cooperatives to invest in development, production, and business right from the first days of the new year.
Following the credit officer, I returned to Nhu Xuan district on the first day of the new spring of At Ty 2025 to record the transformation of this land. The roads are now spacious, high-rise buildings are close together... Interspersed with that, there are fruit tree farms, green industrial trees are in the blooming season. The current large-scale factories and forest product processing facilities create jobs for hundreds of workers. A typical example is the family of Ms. Nguyen Le Ngoc Linh in Hoa Quy commune, thanks to a loan from Agribank Nhu Xuan, has successfully implemented the "Forest Garden of the Tho Village" model to escape poverty. This model currently generates an income of 600 million VND/year and contributes to the fight against climate change, flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas. Up to now, “The Tho Forest Garden” has been planting more than 50 species of native forest trees such as lim, lat, chestnut, tram, doi, mac khen, orange, tangerine, grapefruit and medicinal plants, raw materials for animal feed. At the same time, it also raises bees and chickens in the forest. Products from the forest garden such as honey, forest trees and medicinal plants, fruits, raw materials for animal feed processing... are sold to markets inside and outside the province, her family's income is about 600 million VND/year, creating regular jobs for 4 workers and 10 seasonal workers with an income of 4 - 5 million VND/person/month.
Director of Agribank Nhu Xuan Nguyen The Khang said: “Every bank officer always has the desire to support people to change their lives, wanting to help farmers' lives become better and better. In recent years, the bank's outstanding loans have increased continuously, currently reaching nearly 1,000 billion VND, of which nearly 100% of the outstanding loans are for agriculture and rural areas. People use the loans very effectively, so they all have a prosperous and comfortable life. That is the happiest thing for those working in bank credit.”
In 2024, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the province's socio-economic situation continued to develop with many targets achieved and exceeded compared to the plan. The economic structure gradually shifted in the right direction. Contributing to that success, there were great efforts from the banking sector to promptly provide capital for local production and business activities. Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Thanh Hoa Province Branch, Tong Van Anh, shared: "The context in 2024 was not favorable, leading to continued difficulties in lending credit. However, the Thanh Hoa banking sector has made efforts to reduce interest rates and implement many solutions to unclog and promptly meet the capital needs of people and businesses. At the beginning of 2025, the total outstanding credit balance in the area was about 218,000 billion VND".
Welcoming the New Year of the Snake 2025, the State Bank of Thanh Hoa has directed commercial banks and credit institutions to focus capital on production, business, priority sectors and economic growth drivers, digital transformation, green transformation, response to climate change, circular economy, sharing economy, science - technology and innovation... At the same time, strictly control credit for risky sectors, ensure safe and effective credit activities; continue to have policies to remove difficulties in accessing credit for businesses and people; promote lending to serve production, business and consumer needs after the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025.

They are likened to hard-working bees, tireless birds to bring bank capital to people and businesses, contributing to building a new spring of prosperity and development in all regions of the homeland.
