Mr. Dao Duc Hung, General Director of the Company, said: In 2024, Bao Hung International Joint Stock Company made a strong impression on the market with the production output of confectionery products brought to the market increasing by 35%, domestic revenue increasing by more than 20%, and exports increasing by 80% compared to 2023. In 2025, we set a growth target of 25%, so when entering the new year, the Company launched a competition movement to boost production and business with the theme "Strengthening to conquer the peak 2025". Thanks to the continuous improvement of processes, application of advanced technology, production automation, and employees actively competing to be good workers and creative workers, labor productivity and product quality have both increased. In the first quarter of 2025, the Company produced and launched nearly 10,000 tons of various confectionery products, an increase of more than 25% over the same period in 2024.

As a business operating in the supporting industry sector, Lotes Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, Thai Thuy District) specializes in manufacturing computer RAM connectors, cables for computers and electronic equipment, components, and metal structures for industrial machinery. In the first months of the year, with abundant export orders, the Company focused highly on production activities. In parallel with recruiting additional workers, the Company put a number of production lines with an automation rate of up to 90% into operation to improve labor productivity. In the first quarter of 2025, the Company had a good growth rate with a total production and export output of 7.7 million products, reaching a turnover of 8 million USD.

The total value of industrial production in the province is estimated at more than 24,758 billion VND, the export turnover is estimated at 670.5 million USD, in which the processing and manufacturing industry plays a leading role with a growth rate of more than 22%. Other industries such as mining, electricity and water production and waste treatment also have strong growth, demonstrating a strong recovery after a difficult period.

Accelerate production, reach big goals

Although the market is forecast to face difficulties in the second quarter of 2025, the provincial business community is still striving and determined to set a goal of continuing to maintain high growth momentum. Mr. Tran Xuan Tuan, Chairman of the Trade Union of Lotes Vietnam Co., Ltd., said: In the second quarter of 2025, the Company strives to achieve an output of nearly 6 million products, with an estimated export turnover of nearly 18 million USD, an increase of 2.25 times compared to the first quarter of 2025. Currently, the Company is focusing on production with very high-value orders. Therefore, in order to promote output growth, in addition to applying automation technology and advanced machinery, the Trade Union Executive Committee advises the Company's Board of Directors to have a mechanism to reward, encourage and motivate cadres and workers to compete in production with high productivity and quality.

According to Mr. Do Van Ve, Chairman of the Provincial Business Association: The provincial business community is focusing on competing to boost production and business, expand production scale, not stopping at economic recovery but also aiming to achieve a growth rate of 10.5% or more in 2025. Along with the efforts of the business community, the provincial government is actively supporting businesses to develop the market, improve infrastructure and implement large projects to stimulate growth. Preferential policies and mechanisms on taxes and credits are taking effect, creating a favorable environment for businesses to develop sustainably. The Thai Binh business community has a solid foundation to enter the second quarter and continue to aim for greater goals in 2025.

At the end of March, at the meeting of the Provincial People's Committee to assess the socio-economic situation in the first quarter and deploy key tasks in the second quarter, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to focus on supporting, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles, creating conditions for businesses to stabilize and promote investment, production and business activities, develop product consumption markets, put projects into production early, create new production capacity. Continue to implement policies to support businesses such as tax incentives, credit, administrative reform, create favorable conditions for businesses to develop. Speed ​​up investment progress, soon put large projects such as Hung Phu Industrial Park, Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park, Thai Binh LNG Thermal Power Plant... into operation, creating more development momentum for the local economy.

With the relentless efforts of both the government and businesses, the province's industrial sector is being fueled with resources, creating strong momentum for development, aiming for higher economic growth in the second quarter, contributing to the completion of the double-digit growth target in 2025.
