Ms. Trang Thi Lan, 67 years old, owner of a roast meat shop on Hang Buom Street said: "The amount of meat sold is still the same as last year. On God of Fortune Day, people line up more than usual, the amount can be up to several hundred kilograms."

With nearly 60 years of experience selling roasted meat, Ms. Lan also shared that to have fresh batches of meat every day, from the meat selection stage, she also has to personally choose the best pork belly.
